During the call we'll take some basic information about you and your property, and answer any questions you may have.
If an auction hasn't been scheduled, but seems inevitable, we may still be able to help.
If you would like to move forward with a property review, we'll search our database to determine if surplus funds are available (or a possibility) and provide you with options.
If you decide to work with us, we'll send a client agreement and confirm that you're the homeowner.
Once that is complete, we will file the claim and provide updates as we go through the process. If no money is recovered, you owe us nothing.
